"i always have a pleasant stay when i’m in town. i love that it’s older. it’s put together well so you don’t hear the people walking above you.. it’s always clean and most of the staff is wonderful. the pool is nice and big, we always have a comfortable stay here. and this weekend my daughter left her shoes and we didn’t realize it til well after we left and they were thankfully able to retrieve them for us. definitely..."

"Okay so maybe it was just room 417 but the drawer won’t stay shut … it opens all the time . I tried putting heavy objects in it but nothing … it just kept opening. The room had an old school thermostat so it’s just warmer / colder you can’t like just set it to a specific temperature. Beds were comfortable, lobby was beautiful- pool looked nice. I planned on using the gym until I saw it …. The weights..."

"The hotel is located far from everything. The only food nearby is Waffle House. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. A good hot breakfast. Free parking, swimming pool, gym, small shop"

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed because there was a weekend conference in their conference rooms. The staff was incredibly welcoming. I brought my service dog, and they treated him with utmost care, even attending to his needs with pup cups and peanut butter. The food and coffee were excellent. Overall, the hotel was clean and had a great staff."

"Theres a lot of industrial warehouses in the vicinity of this hotel and it was a perfect 3-5 minute drive to the industrial sector it neighbors. Staff are all super helpful and courteous. Their laundry rooms take credit card which is a 1st for me so I didn't have to get cash for laundry which was convenient."

"This Courtyard is a hidden gem in Columbus. Very clean, friendly staff, fantastic indoor pool. If you have kids, they will love this hotel. If you don't have kids, you will love this hotel.
